• Order data — name, email, delivery address, order contents and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store them.
• Account data — email address and password hash if you create an account.
• Consultation data — the answers you give in Find your match or a custom blend request, so we can recommend and make the right blend.
• Technical data — anonymous page analytics and error reports used to keep the site working.

Orders and customer service rely on contract. Marketing emails rely on your consent, withdrawable in one click from any email. Fraud prevention, accounting records and site security rely on our legitimate interests and legal obligations.

We share only what is needed with our payment processor, delivery carriers, email sender and hosting provider. We never sell personal data. Some providers process data outside the UK under approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Order and tax records: six years, as required by HMRC. Account and consultation data: until you ask us to delete it. Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe.

Essential cookies keep your basket and session working and cannot be switched off. Optional analytics cookies only load if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing site data.
