In-stock orders are packed within 2 working days. Freshly made batches can take up to 5 working days. Custom tinctures are infused for roughly three months before dispatch and the expected month is shown on your order confirmation.

• United Kingdom — Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2–3 working days, £3.95; free over £40.00.
• Europe — Royal Mail Tracked International, 5–9 working days, £9.95; free over £75.00.
• Rest of world — Royal Mail Tracked International, 7–16 working days, £15.95; free over £120.00.

Customs duties and import taxes outside the UK are the recipient's responsibility.

Unopened, non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us first and we will confirm the return address. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the item arriving back.

Tell us within 30 days with a photo and your order number and we will replace it or refund it, including postage. For hygiene reasons opened cosmetics and food products can only be returned if faulty.

Made-to-order blends and tinctures cannot be returned for a change of mind once production starts, but tell us if a blend doesn't suit you — we will adjust the recipe on your next batch.
