Terms of Sale

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email you an order confirmation. If an item is out of stock or mispriced we will contact you and refund in full rather than substitute without asking.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order by our payment processor.

Everything is made in small batches, so colour, scent strength and texture vary slightly between batches — this is normal and not a fault. Custom tea blends are made to order. Custom tinctures are infused in extra-virgin olive oil for approximately three months before they ship; the lead time is shown before you pay.

Items made to your personal specification are exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind right once production has begun. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

For non-custom items you may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. See Shipping & Returns for how to do it.

Our products are cosmetics and food supplements, not medicines. Patch test skincare before wider use, read the ingredient list if you have allergies, and keep out of reach of children. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
